Gaurav carefully nurtured three successful businesses over the years. He embraced the challenges of growth and expansion, from his early involvement in the family business to his entry into technology in 2008.
However, while building and scaling businesses, he encountered a common struggle: aligning teams with the vision of the founders and the business.
Thanks to his network of mentor friends, one of them introduced him to OKRs, a goal-setting methodology used by successful companies worldwide. He is an advocate of OKRs and also a Scaled OKRs Certified Coach.
Gaurav wasted no time in implementing this transformative approach across his existing businesses, thanks to his newfound knowledge of OKRs. The results were uplifting: his businesses grew by approximately 40% year on year.
